ARCHIVIST

 Collects materials relating to the Steering Committee and the organization and organizes them into files for future reference.  This may include agendas, minutes, reports, brochures, flyers, bibliographies and handouts, as well as other miscellaneous items.

Makes information from these files available to members upon request.
