·       Decides at which ARRT program the bibliography will be distributed.

·       Determines deadlines for book selection and book annotation.

·       Sends ARRT Steering Committee members a description of the bibliography, the format in which to submit titles and annotations, and deadlines.

·       Edits and does layout of the bibliography.

·       Arranges for printing of the bibliography.

·       Arranges for distribution of the bibliography at the appropriate ARRT program.

·       Requests current ARRT membership list and mailing information from the Membership Chair.

·       Requests from the program coordinator a list of attendees at the program at which the bibliography was distributed (to determine which ARRT members did not receive a copy of the bibliography).

·       Arranges for distribution of the bibliography to ARRT members who did not attend the program at which the bibliography was distributed. (Distribution may be done via U.S. mail, via library systems where it is allowed, and via hand delivery by ARRT Steering Committee members to those at their libraries.)
