GENRE STUDY SECRETARY


The Genre Study Secretary is expected to attend all Genre Study meetings.

Take attendance and the minutes at each meeting. 

Summarize and draw conclusions from the notes to send to members in advance of the next meeting.  Include date and location of the next meeting.

Send the minutes within a month of the meeting.
