MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR
 

·       Receive membership forms and checks.  Forward checks immediately to Treasurer.

·       Maintain the database of membership including name, library, address, and email

·       Maintain an active email list for all members

·       Forward flyers, newsletters, bibliographies etc on to members throughout the year

·       Monitor the email account:  arrtreads@gmail.com.  Password:  goodreads

·       Each year, maintain database with new entries and update email list.

·       Report membership count at Steering Committee meetings.
